Vinification :

Traditional, aging in stainless steel vats. Mechanical harvest.

Very light yellow color, and pale gold. Notes of citrus, and almonds. On the palate, a dry and round wine, often mineral. (flint, flint)

Saint-Véran goes very well with fish, shellfish, and cheese such as goat cheese, Bleu de Bresse (blue cheese) and Comté.

Ageing Potential : 3 to 5 years.
