Saint-Amour
Saint-Amour is cultivated on granite and sandy soils, even sandy-clay, the meta-diorites and meta-basalts of the “Blue Stone” procession mingle with other more siliceous gray-pinkish rocks.
Cultivated between 240 and 440 meters above sea level.
Traditional, aging in stainless steel and concrete vats. Manual and mechanical harvest.
Saint-Amour is one of our lightest and most fruity wines.
It will go very well with white meat, or a starter such as a salad.
