Made from the Vieilles Vignes selection, this cuvée is aged for 10 to 12 months in barrels. Manual and mechanical harvest.
Woody notes, vanilla or spices are found in the oak barrel, impacting on its structure and texture.
It will go very well with game, and cheese.
