Juliénas
White marl soils, with 5% clay.
Traditional, aging in stainless steel and concrete vats. Manual and mechanical harvest.
Intense ruby color with aromas of red fruits and flowers (peony, violet) discreetly releasing spicy notes with a good length in the mouth.
Juliénas goes just as well with white meats, such as osso Bucco, or roast veal, as with red meats such as entrecote, or duck breast.
